SIGNO Privacy Policy

Who is responsible
SIGNO is developed and published on the App Store by Ireneusz Karoń. Privacy contact: irek_karon@icloud.com.
No account, no server
SIGNO works without an account or a server. Documents, signatures and the details you enter under “My details” are stored only on your device, protected by iOS data protection, and in your device backup if you turn it on.
The developer never receives document content, signatures or the details of the people entered in documents.
What we do not collect
- The app contains no analytics, ads or third-party tracking libraries.
- It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or device fingerprinting, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
- It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
Purchases
The app's only network connection is the App Store: buying and restoring SIGNO Premium. Apple processes payment and billing data; the developer has no access to it.
Free-document marker
So that the free document does not renew after reinstalling, SIGNO stores in this device's Keychain only the fact that the free document was used: a random document identifier and a date. It is not a device or personal identifier and never leaves the device except in your own backup.
Sending documents
You send, print or save a PDF yourself, in the way you choose (for example Messages, Mail, AirDrop or a printer). SIGNO does not send documents unless you tell it to.
Other people's details
If you enter other people's details, for example your customers', you decide how they are processed and you are responsible for them. Enter only what the document needs. Deleting a document from the device removes it from SIGNO; copies you sent stay with their recipients.
Your rights
Because the developer does not store your data on servers, you access, correct and delete it directly in the app (including by deleting the app). You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Send privacy questions to irek_karon@icloud.com.
These pages
The SIGNO pages use no cookies, scripts or analytics. They are served by Cloudflare, which technically processes the IP address and request data of each connection to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
